The Wine Maker's Toy Store, in conjunction with Winexpert and the North Texas Winemaker's Guild, is proud to sponsor the first home wine making conference to be held in North Texas! This event will contain a variety of topics, including how to make wine, how to make better wine and how wine kits are made. The festival will feature Tim Vandergrift, who is the Technical Services Manager for Winexpert, which is the largest manufacturer of wine kits. Tim is considered one of the home wine making guru's and writes a article on home wine making for each issue of WineMaker Magazine.

Please note that the retail store will close at 2 pm on Friday and be closed all day Saturday. The retail store will be open from 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday for our out of town guests, as well as, anyone else that would like to see the store.

The cost for this event is as follows:
- $75.00 for those that register before April 21, 2006 and $100.00 after that date. When you arrive at the event you will be given a "Goody Bag" that will contain, among other things, a coupon worth $50.00 to be used in the store. The Registration Fee includes the Saturday lunch.
- $10.00 for the Friday night mixer or a bottle of wine (Preferably, Home Made).
We will also have loads of door prizes, including Winexpert wine kits, a beginners starter package, a Buon Vino Mini-Jet filter and whatever else we can come up with!
The conference will be held in Addison, Texas, 30 minutes north of Downtown Dallas at the Addison Conference Center. This location is about 20 minutes from both area airports, Love Field and DFW and is within 10 minutes of 3 major shopping malls. Addison is also the home to over 100 restaurants within a 10 minute drive.
