Sweetness

Our sweetness measure is the percent amount of residual (unfermented) sugars left in the wine. For example; a rating of "2" indicates that the wine has 2% residual sugar. The following chart may be used to relate residual sugar to wine type:

0 - Dry
1 - Off-Dry
2 to 3 - Medium Sweet
4 to 7 - Sweet
8 to 10 - Dessert
