Below is a list of all of the white wine kits we offer for sale. For most of the wines, we have also added a description of the wine and suggested food pairings. For those wine without that information, we are still trying to find the appropriate information. As we find it and as we add more wines, we will update this page. Chardonnay White Often called the "King of the White Varietals," Chardonnay has never been more popular among wine consumers. Chardonnay can have flavors like ripe apples, pineapples, mangoes, pears, peaches, melons, vanilla, butter and caramel. Chenin Blanc White This refreshing wine is clean, crisp and dry. Originally from the Loire region of France, it now flourishes in California. This versatile wine can be made in a soft sweet style or crisp and dry. It is always fruity with a distinctive bouquet of apples and honey. Mosel Valley Riesling White The grapes come from just outside of the town of Zell, where steep slopes mean that vineyard work must be done by hand, and yields are very low. This results in carefully crafted, very intensely flavored wines. Riesling doesn’t get the press that Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc do these days, and that’s too bad, because it has finesse and a refreshing vividness that most wines can’t match. Sonoma Chardonnay-Viognier White Viognier is a bit more elusive, having previously been associated with small-volume French superstar wines like Condrieu and Chateau Grillet, but it produces amazingly heady wines with intoxicating aromas of peach, apricot and flower blossoms and a wonderful drinkability. Sonoma produces some of the most sought-after wines in the world. The combination of well-drained, rich soil, long California growing seasons and cool coastal breeze produces grapes of powerful and unique intensity. Sparkling White Made from a blend of California varietals & formulated to produce an off-dry, sparkling wine with a fruity bouquet & taste, & a crisp finish. Can also be finished as a "still" wine.
Symphony White It is a crossing of two French grapes, Muscat of Alexandria, a white grape of intensely aromatic, ‘grapey’ character, and Grenache Gris, a red grape with bold fruity aromas and zesty acidity. The resulting wine has incredibly intense aromas of melon, grapefruit, mango, peach, banana and papaya, the fruity character picks up a strong backbone from the good acidity and hint of tannin carried over from the Grenache Gris. The name was endowed by a wine scientist who tasted one of the first finished wines made from the new grape and declared that it showed ‘a Symphony of aromas and flavours.’ Symphony is fabulous as a social wine, for sitting on the patio with friends, and is excellent with spicy foods like Szechuan or even Mexican. It’s also great with sliced mango and papaya.

The red Zinfandel grapes are quickly separated from their skins during crushing and fermentation that results in a very light pink wine.
