Amarone Classico Red Unique to the Valpolicella region of Italy, our Amarone is packed with rich raspberry, blackberry and cassis flavours. Deep, dark and inviting, the finish is long, lingering and full of ripe tannins. N/A
Australian Mataro-Shiraz Red Whatever the name or origin, the Mataro grown in Australia basks in brilliant heat and produces wines headily redolent of blackberries and black cherry, with a rich, chewy finish. Blended with this is Australia’s most famous red grape, Shiraz. With blackberry character as well, it also brings on an intense “jammy” flavor with plums, blackcurrant, red cherries, black pepper and a wonderfully lush fruity finish. Together, these two grapes make a wine of power and weight, with mouth-filling body and richness. Perfect with roasts and grilled red meat, it’s a fantastic wine for the barbecue.
Australian Petit Verdot Red Petit Verdot is one such variety. It makes unsurpassed red wines in Bordeaux, where it goes into their classic Cabernet-Merlot blends, yet the climate there is too cool to ripen it reliably. Not so in Australia, where Petit Verdot rises to glory unseen in the old world. Best described as a “Super Cabernet”, it makes dark, rich wines with wonderfully concentrated flavors of spice, blackberry and blackcurrant. With smooth, gripping tannins and an elegant structure leading to a magnificent boldly oaked finish, this a wine for long term ageing and special occasions. N/A

Brunello Red Deep ruby red in colour, it treats the palate to explosive notes of blackberries, prunes and aromatic vanilla, supported by a chewy tannin structure. Deep and imposing, this full-bodied wine will mature brilliantly in the bottle. N/A
Cabernet Sauvignon Red This is perhaps the most famous of the grape varietals in the world. California's best red wines often are made of this grape, which is surprisingly easy to grow and make into wine. Great Cabs have bouquets with traces of cassis, blackberry, cedar, butterscotch, green peppers, chocolate, cocoa, leather, etc. rich red meats, pastas, barbecued or grilled chicken

Delicate rather than burly, yet intensely perfumed with raspberry and violet aromas, Pinot Noir can be almost overwhelming to the senses, layering on red fruit characteristics, with red cherry, strawberry and raspberry. New Zealand’s Marlborough region, at the top of the South Island, is an ideal growing area for Pinot Noir. It has the sunniest, driest climate in all of New Zealand with the brilliant sunshine moderated by cool breezes from the Pacific Ocean. This ensures that the grapes ripen slowly and perfectly. New Zealand Pinot Noir offers amazingly lush flavors and an extraordinarily long finish, with silky tannins gripping the palate like velvet, with a final elusive aftertaste of spice and toasty vanilla. nut loaf, breast of veal, Italian meat loaf, roast leg of lamb
