In May 2005, we conducted a short survey to find out how we were doing in meeting our customer's needs. In addition, we offered the respondents the opportunity to provide us with any comments they might have.

Also,your prices are very competitive and I like your incentives (i.e., registration coupon, discount on second kit purchased, monthly specials, etc.). Other suppliers do not give the same incentives or discounts.

George has never failed to help me with my questions regardless of what day or time.

I found George to be very helpful and patient with me. That is the reason I bought after my initial purchase.

I purchased from FVW after a LOT of researching for the best options/quality/price.

My original order was made after visiting the site, but then talking with George about starter kits to make wine. His interest and willingness to match another kit contents without changing the price and his knowledge about wine and equipment really sold me.

All of the drop down choices you gave are important but I do look at the price closely. I would not buy from a rude or difficult to deal with company if they were a few bucks cheaper but I would also not buy from some of the online stores I see with seemingly significant higher prices just because they have a nice website /selection I guess I like a mixture but price is importiant. Free shipping does not fool me I am a business man and I know that the customer pays for everything.

How people treat you when you are trying to make something and you are a novice, will determine who you shop with. That is one thing that I have appreciated very much from you.
