San Gria

Ingredients:

1 Bottle Red or White Wine 1 Orange
1 Lemon 3/4 cup Sugar
6 oz. Soda Water 3/4 oz. Grand Marnier
8 Strawberries  

Directions:

  1. Wash orange and lemon.
  2. Thinly slice both into serving pitcher.
  3. Pour wine into serving pitcher.
  4. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
  5. Add Grand Marnier and strawberries.
  6. Place in refrigerator to cool.
  7. Just before serving add chilled soda water and ice cubes.
