| Ingredients:
| 1 cup Canned Fruit Cocktail |
|
| 2 cup Sugar |
|
| 1 pinch Wine Yeast |
|
Directions:
- Put fruit, then sugar into a glass jar or small crock (1 qt.).
- Sprinkle on pinch of yeast and partly cover.
- After 24 hours, stir gently.
- Leave partly covered for 2 weeks at room temperature.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 until desired alcohol level is desired.
- When desired alcohol level is achieved, refrigerate to stop fermentation.
Note: You can also add liquor to increase the alcohol level. Recomended liquors are Brandy, White Wine and Creame de Menthe. |
