Ingredients:

1 cup Canned Fruit Cocktail  
2 cup Sugar  
1 pinch Wine Yeast  

Directions:

 

  1. Put fruit, then sugar into a glass jar or small crock (1 qt.).
  2. Sprinkle on pinch of yeast and partly cover.
  3. After 24 hours, stir gently.
  4. Leave partly covered for 2 weeks at room temperature.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until desired alcohol level is desired.
  6. When desired alcohol level is achieved, refrigerate to stop fermentation.

Note: You can also add liquor to increase the alcohol level. Recomended liquors are Brandy, White Wine and Creame de Menthe.
