Our leading six-week wine kit is developed using a high ratio of fresh juice versus concentrate. The result is a unique product, which preserves and brings out the natural and distinctive characteristics of each varietal.
This must is prepared for vinification and packaged using some of today’s most advanced equipment and technologies. The blending of fresh varietal juice produces a superb finished wine with enhanced aromas and unique taste! Left to mature and slowly develop complexity in the bottle, it yields astonishing results.
16 litres / 4 US Gallons, Yields 23 liters / 6 US Gallons. Ready to bottle in 6 weeks.
*Mosti Mondiale uses only the finest French and American oak chips (not sawdust) available on the market. While our kits are balanced to what we believe is the proper level of oak, it is always a question of personal preference. For this reason we invite you to “oak to taste” add or remove any amount of oak you wish.
The items listed below are wine concentrate kits only. In addition to the concentrate and juice, they contain all of the ingredients necessary to make 30 bottles of wine. The ingredients include yeast, bentonite, potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulfite and a fining agent. Some kits also contain oak, ederberries, currants and/or a flavoring pack. If you need equipment, please look at our starter kits. With our starter kits, you can either purchase the equipment only, or purchase equipment and a concentrate.
