We are proud to add the Cellar Craft Limited Release Collection to our product line. This year there are 4 wines in this collection with the three reds all having grape packs!. 1 wine will be released each month starting in January 2009. Due to the popularity of these wines and their limited availability, sales must be made on a reservation basis. The program has completely sold out the last three years, so we highly recommend ordering these wines now!.

The Cellar Craft Limited Release Collection provides a unique product that is only available for a short time, so order today. Ordering deadline for all four kits is December 31, 2009. Orders received after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list and filled on a first come, first serve basis.

The items listed below are wine kits only. In addition to the concentrate and juice, they contain all of the ingredients necessary to make the specified amount of wine. The ingredients include yeast, bentonite, potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulfite and a fining agent. Some kits also contain oak, ederberries, currants and/or a flavoring pack. If you need equipment, please look at our starter kits. With our starter kits, you can either purchase the equipment only, or purchase equipment and a concentrate. Aromas of plum, spice, herbs and chocolate from the Cabernet dominate with berry and more spice coming from the Shiraz. The palate displays black currant and mint from the cab with suggestions of cherry, blackberry and earthy overtones contributed by the Shiraz.

The signature wine of Uruguay is a big red wine called Tannat. Like Carmenere and Malbec, Tannat originated in France but today has limited plantings there. The Tannat grapes in this Limited Release offering were selected and custom processed for Cellar Craft by Bodega Bouza, an ultra-modern boutique winery located just outside of the capital city, Montevideo.
